Ready to ship tumblers (RTS) are as mentioned. Ready to ship once payment is made, NO customization on these items.
All other items are MADE TO ORDER (MTO) and completed in the order they were received in.
Purchases made at in person events are all FINAL.
Current processing time is 6 to 8 weeks, depending on customization and details of each drink ware item. (Not including shipping)
If you need an item for a specific date, I can offer a rush order fee that can be added to you items.
Shipping times may vary based on where you live.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment for item must be paid in full before cup making process starts.
Once payment has been cleared and accepted, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After the 24 hours I DO NOT accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
I do not offer return, refunds or exchanges.

I do not accept any returns due to the personalized customization of every item, if you have an issue please message me so we can come to a resolution.

My order says it was delivered but it's not herePlease contact either USPS or UPS depending on what tracking label you received and file a lost package claim. Then contact us at our email address with your order number and the claim number. HOOPS & CRAFT BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. We also can not assist you in filing a service request for the lost package.

When will my item be finished?Turnaround times vary. However, in most cases the *MADE to order* items are about 6-8 weeks depending on difficulty and supplies. This will vary depending my vendor events also. Please email me if it is a time sensitive order prior to purchasing and we can discuss it. Ready to Ship items are normally shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom Orders range from 8-10 weeks also depending on difficulty and creative agreement. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.
